Zoom Drain

Jeremiah saved the night! He came to my friend’s house last night at midnight after discovering a massive leak due to an inner pipe clog. He assessed the situation and handled it calmly. He could not have been any nicer. He was patient, hard working, and productive. This company was the only company in the Mount pleasant area who was able to come for an on call plumbing emergency. I had called over 10 other companies but no one else was as nice or even available. The advertising for this company is true. On call means they are there when you need them. Thankful for the quick response and immediate solution. 10/10.

The guys at Zoom Drain were great. I called around 10 am and two guys were able to come out around 3pm that afternoon to fix a clog from my kitchen sink. They were very professional, nice, and quick to fix the problem and even cleaned up the mess around the sink for me. Highly recommend

These guys are first class all around. Caleb came out and thoroughly inspected the problem, diagnosed it, and formulated a plan to address it. Communication was punctual and consistent, and Dee was able to adeptly and quickly resolve my problem in a not so modern or easy to access work space. They’re not only very skilled at what they do, but professional and enjoyable to talk to at every turn. Highly recommended

We would highly recommend Zoom Drain! After days with a drain blockage & 21/2 hours with a plumber who could not find the blockage, we called Zoom. Caleb promised to have a technician out within a couple hours where other companies said it would be days before they could come. Zoom came in hours as promised & worked for hours until they found & removed the blockage from our main drain. Jeremiah was professional, polite, & knowledgeable as was Caleb. They had all kinds of equipment to help diagnose & fix the problem. We could not be happier & will definitely use them again if we need a plumber. Highly recommend them!
